Our online shop allows you to buy seasonal honey harvests directly from our apiary. All prices are listed clearly during checkout. We make every effort to display accurate stock levels, but our natural honey yields depend on the season. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.

• Payment is required in full before we dispatch your honey.
• Returns are accepted only for unopened jars within 14 days of delivery.

Our adoption program lets you support our urban bees directly. Adoptions run for a 12-month period. Your contribution helps us maintain the colonies, provide winter feed, and support sustainable keeping methods.

As a sponsor, you receive seasonal updates and a designated share of the harvest. Please note that exact honey yields vary naturally; we guarantee a minimum amount as outlined in your welcome pack, but the exact delivery dates depend on the bees' schedule.
